All prices include GST and are subject to change.
All orders received will be delivered on the date specified. We will make every effort to deliver your order as requested, however we will not be made liable if we fail due to circumstances beyond our control. If we are unable to deliver your order you will be notified.
We reserve the right to substitute goods and packaging of equal or higher value (at no extra cost) in the event of supply difficulties.
In the event that the recipient is not in when the delivery is attempted, we will leave the order in a secure place at the property and notify you.
In the event of a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer which results in non-delivery Art of the Flower will not be liable. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient will be present at the delivery address provided and not be absent for such reasons as holiday. In the event of non-delivery caused by this, Art of the Flower will not be liable.
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to dispatch to be entitled to a full refund.
